  • Hi,

Thanks for posting in Microsoft TechNet Forum.

You need to configure in BIOS to boot from DVD first. To do this, I would like to share an article with you.

About Boot Priority (Boot from CD-ROM & USB Flash Drive)

    http://www.livecd.com/boot_priority.htm

Note: we provide this article for reference, Microsoft doesn't control and guarantee the security and index in this website. There may be some changes without notice.

If the issue persists after setting DVD as the first boot sequence. The problem is mainly due to DVD-ROM. I recommend that you plug this DVD-ROM out of computer and plug in another available computer to see if it works.

Or you may need to contact manufacturer for help.

    Hope this helps. Thanks.
