Freecell is not working correctly in Windows Vista 32-bit Home Premium

Question

My platform is Windows Vista 32-bit Home Premium.
Freecell is permanently unplayable. A column of card(s) is moved out of place and cannot be manipulated. I believe it is the second or third column of cards. I'm trying a re-install of the program to see if this solves the issue.

Try deleting any saved games under Users/name/saved games and see if the problem goes away.

I've tried unchecking the program in microsoft installed programs and rechecking it (uninstall/reinstall). I've tried safe mode. I've also tried "sfc /scannow" in the command prompt and neither of these fixed the problem or revealed the issue.Monday, March 26, 2012 6:07 PM
