Want to check Impact of Load User Profile setting in IIS.

Hi,

Actually I'm facing some issue at Workflow level. Its List level SPD workflow and getting stuks or suspends at particular stage.

Once I googled it I found few forum links they are suggesting chnage the "Load User Profile" setting at IIS Level.

Steps:

In InetMgr, go to advanced settings for Security Token Service Application Pool and change "Load User Profile" to true. Recycleapplication poo.

Here I want to know the impact of this setting.

Hi Siddheshwar Kohale,

If the load user profile setting is set to True (the profile is loaded), the application will use the profile’s temporary folder C:\Users\apppooluserid\AppData\Local\Temp.

If it is set to False, the application will use the c:\windows\temp folder as its temporary directory.
