SCSM Workflow failing RRS feed

  • Hi All

    I've setup a workflow to nofity a user when an incident is assigned to them. When I assign an incident to someone the workflow runs but fails with the following:

    Error Code: 1385
    Error Message: Logon failure the user has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer

    Does anyone know what this is referring to? I have checked and the account that I have used to setup SCSM is an administrator on my SCSM servers and within the SCSM console.

    Just a quick update I have put some other workflows in place to change the incident template when an incident is created through the web portal and these workflows are also having the same error.

    Our Workflow account didn't have enough permissions within Service Manager.
