Question

Hello,
I have created a project in project online and I would like to create a template from it since my new project set ups will be the same. Is there a way to do this?
Thanks,
Melanie

Hi harperbend,
Are you working with MS Project Pro connected to you Project Online instance?
In case you are, follow those steps:
- Open your project in MS Project Pro connected to Project Server
- Click on "save as", choose the "template" type in the "save as" dialog box
- In the next dialog box, select values (baselines, actuals, resources rates, fixed costs) that you want to remove from the project before saving it as a template
- Validate
Then you project will be saved as an enterprise template on your Project Online instance.
Hope this helps.
