  • Hi Peter,
Please have a try Site to Zone Assignment List policy setting, this setting associates sites to zones, using the following values for the Internet Security zones: 1. Intranet zone
    2. Trusted Sites zone
    3. Internet zone
    4. Restricted Sites zone
If you set this policy setting to Enabled, you can enter a list of sites and their related zone numbers. The association of a site with a zone ensures that the security settings for the specified zone are applied to the site. In your case, you could add the sites with value (2) Trusted Sites zone.

Site to Zone Assignment List policy setting is available for both Computer Configuration and User Configuration and you could refer to the following article to do it step by step:
Computer Configuration (User Configuration) > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Internet Explorer > Internet Control Panel > Security Page

  • Hi,
In my opinion, you could also directly add the previous sites into GPO.

  • Hi Wendy,

This above GPO will override the existing sites. Is it possible if group policy will add to existing site?

  • Hi Wendy,

Is it possible if we also allow users to add sites?

  • Hi,
Referring to the following article, if you want to allow users edit this option, it seems that you could configure trusted sites via registry item in the GPO, please see:
