Problem facing after upgrade windows 8 pro 64 bit RRS feed

  • I was using Windows 8 Pro 64 Bit, recently I have upgraded it with 8.1. After upgrade my Tally gets hanged while exiting with my live account. Tally was working fine with same live account in Windows 8. I have spoke to Tally technical staff, they have suggested me to try with another account. So, I have created local account and tried, and it worked fine. So, I thought it might be possible that it is due to old user files, so I have removed the live account and recreated it, and tried the same, but the problem is same. So, as of now I have removed the live account and working with local account and its working fine. Another problem without live account is I am not able to download any app from store. One thing I have noticed that my live account's user directory is still existing in user folder even I have removed the account with no backup option. So is it possible to flushed all the old and new files lying with my live account? or any other solution?
