    Hi everyone!!!

I've figured it out.  You have to convert your video files to either .wmv OR .mpg format.  There are several free online file conversions programs.  I like to use Prism.  Since I've been converting the file format, I've been able to use the DVD maker without a problem.  I hope this helps.

  • Well, you did it! You did what no one else--none of those Microsoft experts--could do. I have gone to more forums than I can count, and you had the answer for me. You solved my problem. It's simple, clean, and elegant.

    Congratulations and heartfelt thanks!
