Excel 2013 Crashes

Hi,
Windows 7 Enterprise Edition 64 bit Operating System and Office 2013 is 32 Bit is installed in the Dell E7470 laptop. Installed memory is 8GB.
Users report that Excel 2013 crashes and hanging frequently.

Hi Boopathi,
It seems that you are using Office 2013 SP1 version and haven't install any updates for Office applications.
In Windows Update, please enable "give me updates for Microsoft products" to install lest updates for Office 2013. Additionally, please refer to the following article for the current Office latest updates:
https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Office-Updates-a118ec61-f007-492f-bfa5-5a6f764d5471
Also restart Excel in safe mode to narrow down the third-party add-ins issue: Press Win+R to open Run in Windows, type Excel /safe, press Enter.
