Internet Explorer cannot login to my bank RRS feed

  • For 3 years, I've easily logged-in to my bank.  But, starting 5 days ago, I immediately get kicked out of the bank's login screen, and get a message: "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience."  When I then view the details, it shows:
    "App name: iexplore.exe
    AppVer: 7.0.6000.16791
    ModName: quicktime.qts
    ModVer: 5.0.2.15
    Offset: 0007fd6b"

    It then lists reams of technical data when I click for further details.

    PLEASE HELP!  I'm an experienced computer USER, but an absolute novice at such technical stuff.  Can someone please point me in the right direction to start.  Is this an IE problem, some other problem with my computer, a problem at the bank, or what?  Or, if nothing else, which forum should I post this in?
