  • Hi Mike_Zhangxl,

You need to modify the SharePoint List.  Go into the Project Site, and edit the list settings for 2013 issues, and change the choice for the status.  If you need to do this for all future projects, then create a Project Site template with the changed status values.  If you are not sure how to do this, please re-post and I'll dig the links out.

  • Hello, please have in mind changing the default SharePoint Status column values will break some PWA functionality such as the active issues assigned to you tile on the PWA homepage - it will no longer give you a count, also the issues and risk page in PWA will not show the counts for active, postponed and closed. • Yes, indeed. Change the values in the Category field, not the status! If you need other values, then add another field.

       thanks for your help.

    I do this.
1:  project web -- Web site settings -- site columns -- extension bar -- issue state -- modified (unsolved: resolved, closed) to  other values -- save

    this is the results
project website -- add a issue - state drop-down list is still (unsolved, resolved, closed) system default values.

2: project web -- Web site settings -- Web site content type -- the list content type -- issue -- list--the issue of state--edit website columns -- modified (unsolved, resolved, closed) to

    other values -- save
project web --  Web site settings --  web site content type   --- list content type -- issue -- list -- Category--edit site columns -- modification (1 type 2 type 3 type) for other values

    -- save
    this is the results
project website -- add a issue - state drop-down list is still (unsolved, resolved, closed) system default values.
The categories--  drop-down list is still (1tyep,2type, 3type) system default values.
