  Hi,

  Did you upgrade to Windows 10 from Windows 7 or Windows 8 /8.1?

  If yes, you could use the Media Creation Tool to perform the upgrade process.

  To get this tool, go to the following address:

  Get Windows 10

  https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

  Note: If you cannot upgrade to Windows 10 successfully, you cannot perform the clean installation. The upgrade option is the only option for you if you want to use the free upgrade.
