    Hi all,

    I am trying to use the console to look at public folders and have come to understand that there is a bug in 2010 whereby the CMDLET that is run doesn't use the resultsize -unlimited option.  Therefore in the Exchange Console under the public folder option, you cannot see the statistics of folders that are parsed after the first 100 have been checked?

    Is there any way round this bug?  I have installed Rollup 2 for SP1 and it still exists.  I can see data in the public folders and Outlook 2010 users  can see the items.  Using a 3rd party program I can also see that there are items in there and that replication is working.  Not being able to use the console for what it was designed for, however, seems a bit silly? Is there anyway to force the cmdlet to always use "resultsize -unlimited"?

    Thanks for any insight into this.  How do others manage with a public folder tree that contains more than 100 folders?

    As far as I known, Microsoft haven’t publish patch to fix the issue. And you need to input the parameter “ -resultsize unlimited” manually . If you want to manage public folder more than 100 items with GUI ,you could use AdsiEdit  tool.

    Public folder locate in CN=Configuration\ CN=services\ CN=Microsoft Exchange\ CN=(organization name)\ CN=Administrative Groups\ CN=Exchange Administrative Group\ CN=Database.

    Hi,

    After searching a lot about the problem of the "Public Folder Management Console" not showing public folder statistics, this is the best answer I found and indeed, using the Management Shell and the "-resultsize unlimited" option I do see the correct statistics.

    However, you seem to tell there's a possibility to change the default of 100 folders to a larger number when using PFMC by changing something using the AdsiEdit tool.

    Am I correct? And what value should I change?
