Windows 7 Dual Monitors Go Black

Ok so I set up a windows 7 laptop yesterday and when you switch users or the laptop has been sitting there for awhile both the monitors will go black. I can move the mouse pointer back and forth to both screen but it still stays black. The only way I can fix that is restarting. Can anyone help me please

You may happen to enable a screen saver which causes this issue, please read:

Computers that are running Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2 stop responding at a black screen if a screen saver is enabled
