  • Question

  • Hello we have configured UAG 2010 with this Document

    http://blogs.technet.com/b/edgeaccessblog/archive/2010/03/25/how-to-publish-citrix-xenapp-5-x-with-uag-2010.aspx

    the user have no Citrix Online plug-in - Web installed. In the internal LAN the user gets a Download Button and installs the Citrix Online plug-in - Web.

    When the user comes from the Internet then he gets to the Citrix Webinterface and a window comes up with:

    Download Client

    <form id="form1" enctype="application/x-www-form-urlencoded" method="get"><input id="chkLegalStatement" onclick="updateDownloadButton()" checked="checked" name="chkLegalStatement" type="checkbox" value="off" tabindex="1" /> <label id="lblLegalStatement" for="chkLegalStatement">By selecting the check box, you confirm that you have read, understand, and accept the Citrix license agreement.</label></form>

    So how can i fix this?

  • Hi Hans,

    I'm afraid Citrix 5.3 has these issues with UAG, as the Citrix product has gone through some changes. This is very common, as Citrix makes changes with every incremental release. It might be solvable, but I don't have specific advice to give. If you opened a support case with Microsofto CSS, we may be able to delve deeper into this and offer a solution.

  • Are you using UAG Update 2? This includes some specific Citrix fixes...

    If you still have problems, this is worth a read too: http://blogs.technet.com/b/ben/archive/2010/03/15/troubleshooting-ruleset-issues.aspx

  • Hello

    the UAG 2010 have Update 2 installed but the error shows up as follow:

    A request from source IP address 62.192.26.34 on trunk extranet; Secure=1 for application Citrix Web-Interface of type CitrixXenApp5 failed. The URL /Citrix/XenApp/Clients_common/Windows/Online%20Plug-in/CitrixOnlinePluginWeb.exe contains an illegal path. The rule applied is Default rule. The method is GET.

    The Path to the CitrixOnlinePluginWeb.exe includes a space.

    How to fix this?
