Hello All,
What are the Deployment Option We have for Persistent Chat??
Can we Have Hybrid and Cloud option for deployment of persistent chat?, if no can anyone explain me the reason.

Persistent Chat is not available in Skype for Business Online, also pchat is not available over federation... Users homed online will not be able to use pchat services from an on premises deployment.

Hi Anurag Pathak1311,
Persistent chat is not supported for Lync online, so even for Lync hybrid environment, only users who homed at On-Premises pool could use Persistent Chat feature but not for the users who homed at online pool.
