"My SharePoint Sites" doesn't appear in My Links RRS feed

  • Question

    Hello,
We have problem with some users - not all users - that their My Links - which appears on the top of the site - doesn't contain "My SharePoint Sites" -  I made some research on internet and all articles mentioned that the user must be in the "members" group of at least one site, so this link appears, I checked it and found that the users are already memebrs of more than one site ( in members group )

also user profile full synchronization is done daily ,and I made full search crawl  but the issue still exist. SharePoint version is MOSS 2007 SP2,  could anyone help me in this issue.

  • Hi Ekramy,

Did the sites name not appear in Memberships section within the uses’ “My Site” my profile page?

Did that some users add to SharePoint site via the AD groups?

If yes, you need to add that users to SharePoint Member group directly, and make a user profile full import, for more information you can check the following article,

    Thanks
