  • Hi ,

Depending on your situation, It is suggested to try the "with specific words in the message header" rule like below(Set "Market Traders Institute" as specific words):

    Hope this can be helpful.

  • Hi ,

According to my researches and tests, I’m afraid that this is by design. When creating a rule with the condition “with specific words in the sender’s address” it only looks at the email address itself and not at the “display name”.

As we can see from the message header, "Market Traders Institute" is the sender's display name. The sender's actual email address does not include "Market Traders Institute", so your rule will not be applied to this message.

In order to meet your requirements, it is suggested for you to set parts of the sender's actual email address as the specific words in the rule.

    Hope this can be helpful.

    Regards,

    Jeff Yang

The problem is the actual email address changes.  The SPAM is routed through multiple domains.
