Hi,
Changing your HDD is not a problem. I just upgraded my son's laptop with a SSD and Windows was activated without problem when connected to the Internet.
With the Anniversary update coming in July 2016, you will be able to attach the Digital License to your Microsoft Account also.

Once you have activated win 10 your hardware is said to be entitled to the upgrade when you change HD, RAM, Video, etc.
Simply start the clean install on the SSD and skip the step where it asks for a key and the installation will check with the activation servers and complete the install.

Hi Luzozden,
Replacing the hardware may result in activation issue. It is recommended to make a full image backup and a recovery disk then boot from the recovery disk to restore the system and data to the new hard drive after replacing the hard drive.
Best regards
