    In Programs and Features the link to add programs is missing...Does anyone know why?

    Hi,

     

    Did you refer to the “Add/Remove Windows Components” link in Windows Server 2003? If so, it is replaced with “Turn Windows Features on or off” in Windows Server 2008.
