Those may be using a different DNS.  Can the site be accessed using its IP address?

  • Hi J.H.Kim,

Can we visit the website before ?

Just as Robert suggested ,can we ping the website both with the IP address and the name ?
We can try to refresh the dns cache to have a check .
    "ipconfig /flushdns"

    Best regards

  • Thank you for your re-ply.

Yes, I used to access this website, but recently I cannot access anymore.

There is a message said that "There is no this webpage"

However, I can access from mobile phone or other ISP.I think ISP blocked this website.

I have tried below, but all failed.

    1/ Turned off Antivirus.

    2/ Reset the Router

3/ Access the website without Router.

I would appreciate it if you could teach me how to solve this problem.

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Best regards,

    J.H. Kim

That sounds like an HTTP 404 response, in which case you would have connectivity to that host, then just that it doesn't like something about your request.  You could do a Network capture of your request, e.g. using the IE Developer Tools, F12, Ctrl-4, etc.  Start from a known page and make sure that you do not have Clear entries on navigate in effect.  Unfortunately it is a default, e.g. seen as a button in the Toolbar with a blue box around it, but you need it off to see any redirection.  Do the same thing on the other PC which works and compare the traces for their essential differences.

I have tried with "ipconfig /flushdns" but still doesn't work.

Is there any other way to fix this problem?

    Thank you,
