Performance testing of excel services in sharepoint

Hi All,

I have a UI hosted using excel services in sharepoint. The UI has many web parts like EWA etc,and the data is taken from sql server. When the UI is opened, the time taken for the web parts to load is around 2-3 minutes and the refresh time is also the same.

In order to reduce the load time, there were few changes done to the excel workbook.How do i gauge the performance of the UI,is it just time taken to load the page or are there any tools like using visual studio or any other tools for performance testing on excel services.

Hi sunrays101,

To test the performance of UI, it’s normally according to system memory, CPU speed and response time.
