  • Hi Rajender. If you're looking for additional help on this, you may need to provide more details about what you're looking for (and how Herbert's solution falls short). Otherwise, you'll likely need to take Herbert's solution and do your best to modify it for your needs.

  • Hi Rajender,
if Herberts solution isn't what you're looking for, please revise your question and/or adjust the file attached: You want to lookup/match on 4 columns - but none of them can be found in the lookup-table. Please adjust the column names or add a description which field/column should match which.

Also it looks as if you've posted the same question already: https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/3692771d-54ff-4166-b109-e6eb09de3b34/data-tranformation-using-power-query-to-get-unique-values?forum=powerquery
That's not considered good practice in forums, as it is waisting the time of the answerers. So please delete that post.
This forum is very active currently, so if you don't get an answer for a question like this quickly, chances are very high that this is due to your question not being clear.
So next time please check your original question and revise or just add a new message "Please tell me what's not clear here"  ;-)

  • Hi Herbert,

Thanks a lot for your valuable support.

I output is partially correct, which I needed. I needed the Data for all the Esignam, as in the given file only EBIS output came.

I will first try myself and will get back to you asap.

    Regards,

    Rajender

  • Hi Imke,

Your message well noted. But don't know somehow I was not able to see the initial post , which I posted first.

So I thought I missed to publish it and re-submit once again.

  • Hi Herbert,

I am not able to solve it.

In your given solution its merging with second table and filter only 1 esignum.

Instead of filter esignum, I need data of all the esignum with their unique rates.

    Please suggest.

    Regards,

    Rajender

  • Listing all Esignum makes the output table too large
(tens of thousands of rows, hundreds of columns) to be human friendly.
If the full output needs to be processed further by machines, tell how.
I instead provided a convenient drop-down list for selected Esignums.

  • Hi Herbert,

Sorry for get back to you very late. I was on long leave due to personal reasons.

I checked , the combination of unique data is around 1338 only in given data set and if I check the bigger set of original data , the additional rates columns are maximum limited to 10 only.

Awaiting for your valuable suggestion, how to solve it as I am looking for data in one go.

Thanks once again for your valuable suggestion.

    Regards,

    Rajender
