  • this might be due to the Intel Graphics settings;

    try: CTRL+ALT+UpArrow

    Don [doesn't work for MSFT, and they're probably glad about that ;]

    Another alternative would be.............

    Right click at an open spot of your desktop > click Graphic Options \ click Rotation > click Rotate to 180 degrees.

  • Right click at an open spot of your desktop > click Graphic Options \ click Rotation > click Rotate to 180 degrees.

    That would be handy.  I wonder if that is the Intel HD stuff that MS deleted from my Surface?

    Otherwise what I use is  Mobility Center.   Win-x b  and then either tap on the Rotate button or press Alt-R  enough times that the desired orientation is achieved.

  • In general, kindly press the Ctrl, Alt, and Up Arrow buttons at the same time can fix this problem. Also, update your system and driver.

    Have a try.
