    When I run Autoruns the Virus Total remains blank. I clicked Yes in the Check Virus Total option. Still no change.

    There are two place in the registry where VirusTotal is enabled:

    And the agreement to use VirusTotal:

    Try cleaning up the whole Autoruns key and restart Autoruns:

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Sysinternals\AutoRuns

    Delete it and see what happen..

    Obviously you must be connected to the Internet for that to work.. But let's assume you are..
