PWA 2010 : Add a Workflow / Task List RRS feed

  • Hi,

    In the Risk List for example:

    Where / How can we see the Tasks in the Task List presented y default in the Add a workflow page of PWA 2010?

    Same question for the default Workflow itself : "Three State" workflow.

  • Hi,

    Follow the steps to view the Project Server workflow Task list:

    1. On you PWA, Click on Site Actions,
    2. Click on Site Settings
    3. Under site Administration, click on site libraries and lists
    4. there you can see Customize Project Server Workflow tasks, click on the link
    5. you are now redirected to the list settings page, click on the list name from the top header (i.e. Project Web app -> Project server workflow tasks -> list settings, click the highlighted part)
    6. You might need to select the view, becuae by default it sets as My tasks. For List tools select List and change the available views from the drop down as required.


    If you are using the same list for all your site workflow, you can find all the tasks here.
