  • Hi,

You can use SQL queries to get the number of online users and number of calls. Here are few examples that might be helpful

If you need detailed reports, you will have to deploy monitoring server that describes the media quality on your network and endpoints, usage information related to Voice over IP (VoIP) calls, instant messaging (IM) messages, audio/video (A/V) conversations, meetings, application sharing, and file transfers, and call error and troubleshooting information for failed calls

  • Hi DG,

In addition, you can deploy the Archiving Server feature to archive instant messaging (IM) and web conferencing communications sent through Lync Server 2010, in order to support compliance requirements.
