User unable to access OWA - HTTP Error 403.14 RRS feed

  • Question

  • User unable to view OWA logon Page

when a user tries to access OWA by entering the URL, it gets the following error:
    HTTP Error 403.14 - Forbidden
The Web Server is configured not to list the contents of this directory.

However, there is no error when i login as admnistrator and enter the url for the OWA. I am able to view the OWA logon page.

Could it be the the permission issues? How can i resolve this...

    Thanks!

  • Hi ,

Please check if choose “require SSL” on IIS .

Also check if you can browse the OWA on IIS, try both “http” and “https”.

By the way, do you configure HTTP redirect on IIS ?

  • Does it help if you put default.aspx on the end of your URL, like this:

    https://yourserver/owa/default.aspx

If so, then the default document isn't configured and/or enabled in IIS for the OWA directory.
