To further troubleshoot the issue, can you please confirm the following information?
The event ID 32167 appears repeatedly?
Please open Lync server Control Panel and click Topology to check if all servers show normally.
After event ID 32167 appear, what was the problem appear when you use Lync client, such as user can’t sign in ,share PPT or calls drop down.
