    Hi,

    I have some messages showing as 'Defer' for some reason in Tracking logs still due to be delivered to an active exchange mailbox.

    Is there a way that I can export the messages or force them to make a retry attempt?

    Hi,

    Messages in deferral will remain in our queues for 2 days. And on average, messages are retried every 5 minutes. So no need to force them to make a retry attempt.

    Is there Exchange Online Protection (EOP) filtering in your environment? Or have you done something changes on your firewall or antispam software recently?

    What's the last error for deferred messages?

    Hi Lynn-Li,

    Thanks for the information. However in my case the queue was stagnant for a few hours  while other messages were flowing normally, but later cleared up some how.
