Messaged recived unreadable


  • Hi,

    When one of the external sender send a mail to us, the message is recived with alot of questionmarks. Checked the SMG, and the mail is recived normally. Is this a common issue?

    Is that happens with all mails or some particular senders mail? It may be due to the language (non-English) in the email, which is not installed on your system or the attached image is broken when reaching to you either by your gateway firewall scanner or any 3rd party you are using.

    Please also check if the issue only affect one external user and domain or all external domains.

    This issue could also caused by third party devices which send emails that Exchange servers not support.

    You can post out the message header out for further analyze.
