    Dear,

    I'm planning to deploy Office 2010 with SCCM 2007 R2 and i need a smooth and silent installation without any user help or touch.

    Advice for the steps

    Hi

    i have successfully depolyed office 2010 via SMS server in testing environment. i have two issues,

    1. it asks "upgrade or customize" one time. if i give upgrade then it goes silently.

    2. how to activate office 2010. because in my environment maximum users does not have internet access.
