Dashboard views for SQL in SCOM RRS feed

  • I would like to setup SQL dashboard view for SQL servers for below parameters. This is the requirement received from SQL team. I tried create using SQL dashboard view from the Operations console but i am not getting all the below parameters.

    Is anyone can help me to achieve this?

    1. CPU

    2.Memory

    3. Disk

    4. SQL query based transactions

    5. DB sizes

  • Hi,

    For this purpose, we can create a new dashboard view and add the widgets one by one.

    1, create a dashboard with Grid Layout



    2, choose 6 cells to meet out requirements



    3, the view is created. click to add a widget



    4, choose widget template



    5, select group, for example, windows server

    6, add performance counter

    7, one widget is created



    8, repeat the above steps to create other widgets.
