  • Hi Luismitto,

    It seems that there is something wrong with the file mso.dll. Could you please tell us your office version?

    Before we know that, we suggest you copy the file from another normal system and replace it to the issued one. The file path is depend on the version of the Office you used. It is probably in "%programfiles% subfolder.

    If you cannot repair it manually, you would need to repair Office by the installation file to check the issue.

    Also, you could help us to collect the dump file for the app crash so that we would help better.

    Try to enable app crash dump collection by copying following words into notepad, saving it as dump.reg and importing it:

    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Windows Error Reporting\localdumps\your App name]
    "DumpFolder"=hex(2):63,00,3a,00,5c,00,63,00,72,00,61,00,73,00,68,00,64,00,75,\
      00,6d,00,70,00,73,00,00,00
    "DumpCount"=dword:00000010
    "DumpType"=dword:00000001
    "CustomDumpFlags"=dword:00000000

    Then, open explorer to report the issue. If crash issue appeared, please find the crashdump file under c:\.

    Since the issue is related to SharePoint, you could also post is to SharePoint forum for help.

    The reason why we recommend posting appropriately is you will get the most qualified pool of respondents, and other partners who read the forums regularly can either share their knowledge or learn from your interaction with us.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best Regard

    Simon
