Emails created are remaining in the Draft folder after they have been sent. RRS feed

  • I am seeing emails that I create remaining in the Draft folder after they have been sent.  (Note: This is on my laptop and not a mobile device.  I can see them in the Sent folder.)  It doesn't happen all the time.  Any ideas what may be happening or how to fix?  I am hearing of this issue with multiple users now.

  • I've seen that with mobile devices that aren't synchronizing properly.

    You didn't specify what client this occurring with.

    Check this issue in OWA.

    Try outlook online mode.

    What's the version of outlook and exchange server with SP/RU? Since this issue doesn't happen all the time, if user don't use mobile device, will this problem happen?
