  • Hi WarProf,

I’m glad to hear that you have solved the problem.

As a supplement, there are four core steps for deployment of Edge server:

    • Network interfaces
    • Installation
    • Certificates
    • Starting the Edge Servers

After you completed the deployment, it is necessary to validate the Edge deployment in Skype for Business server. You need to verify the connectivity between your internal servers and Edge servers, and the connectivity for external users. For more information, please refer to this article: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/skypeforbusiness/deploy/deploy-edge-server/validate-edge-deployment?toc=/SkypeForBusiness/toc.json&bc=/SkypeForBusiness/breadcrumb/toc.json.

    Best Regards,

What wrong??? We're using GoDaddy Certificates format *.mydomain.net for internal and external edge.

When we're installed certs on Edge Server we're had warnings:

For internal warning  no match found *.mydomains.net with sfb2019edge.mydomain.net .

    And for External

WARNING: The subject name "*.sam-solutions.net" of the certificate does not match the computer fully qualified domain name (FQDN) "sipsfb2019.mydomain.net".
WARNING: The subject alternative names "*.mydomain.net,mydomainnet" of the certificate "36B993AD33B76449CF4E5A9FE8A6C0130985FE91" do not contain the computed alternative names "sipsfb2019.mydomain.net,websfb2019.mydomain.net".

BUT! All commands (ping, netst, etc) are works. And I can connect to SFB for external network

  • Hi WarProf,

Do you mean that everything works well even if the warning message exists?

It recommends you check the SN and SAN in the internal and external certificate as the following image:

  • Hi WarProf,

You could execute following command to force Skype for Business replication services to send complete configuration data to the specified computers.

    Invoke-CsManagementStoreReplication -ReplicaFqdn SFB2019edge.mydomain.net

It needs few minutes to take effect. Then, executing Get-CsManagementStoreReplication to check the replication status.
