Had anyone been successful at following the indtructions in the Voluem Activation 2.0 Step-by-Step guide that detail how to publish KMS in additional DNS domains? I keep getting the 12293 error with the description "DNS Bad Key."
I'm assuming you ran "Slui.exe 0x2a 0x80072339" to arrive at "DNS Bad Key." I found I needed to have the domain suffix for which the server is already a member as the entry on the first line. So, for example, if your KMS server is "SERVER.contoso.com," and the additional domain you wish to publish the SRV record in is "mydomain.foo," then the REG_MULTI_SZ DnsDomainPublishList should contain the following (each domain goes on a new line)...
