SharePoint 2007 - Access Review RRS feed

    I am a SCA for a site.  I am able to do whatever I like with the site.  Except I have only been able to run an Access Review once.  Since then the buttons Start Access Review, Rerun Access Review, and Cancel are greyed out.  It also states for the one instance which I was able to run the report "This site has an access review that has not been approved. Please sign off or cancel the most recent access review".  I cannot find anywhere on the site where I can approve this review.

    Found a hidden folder /Lists/Access%20Review%20Process/AllItems.aspx which contained the report.  Deleted the report and was able to create a new one.
