  • Hi aj2option,

When did the issue start to occur ? Have you installed any third party software before ?
"I have two computers that is doing windows Explorer.exe restarting MSG"
Did the two computers share the same symptom with the same error messages ?

Please take the following steps to have a check :
1.Ensure the two machines have got the latest updates.
2.Run "sfc /scannow "to have a check of the system health  .
3.Perform a clean boot to verify whether it is caused by the third party service .
How to perform a clean boot in Windows

4.If the issue occurred recently , we can perform a system restore to recover the machine to a previous point to have a check .

    Best regards
