User to User Exchange 2010 Functionality Error RRS feed

  • I have a pretty unique issue going on in our Exchange 2010 environment.

     

    All functionality is perfect outside of 2 users inside a 30+ user environment. One user is totally unable to email another user within the same domain. All other emails from both users work fine, but one user to that other user does not work.

     

    Anyone ever run into this before? Any quick ideas what might cause something like this?

     

    User 1 is able to successfully email User 2.

    User 1 is able to successfully email all domain users.

    User 1 is able to successfully email all external email addresses.

    User 2 is UNABLE to email User 1.

    User 2 is able to successfully email all other domain users.

    User 2 is able to successfully email all external email addresses.

     

    Exchange 2010 Version: 14.00.0722.000

     

    Both users are created identically as "User Mailbox" just like all other users on the exchange domain.

     

    If futher information is needed. Please ask, I would be happy to provide.

     

    Any thoughts?

    How about posting the NDR that USER2 gets when he sends an e-mail
    USER1?

  • Absolutely no NDR is received. Nothing shows that the email was unsuccessful other than the simple fact that it never arrives.

    What events do you see in the message tracking logs when you track one
    of those messages?
