MS Project 2010 trial download - availability RRS feed

  • Question

  • I want my students to download the 60 day trial version of MS Project 2010 in March 2013, as part of an upcoming project management course that I will teach.  Will it still be available to download in March 2013, or is it scheduled to be removed from downloading as the release date for the next version of MS Project comes closer?

  • Hi John --M,

I don't think anyone who regularly responds here can answer your question with any degree of authority.  My **guess** would be no.  When Project 2013 is released, I imagine the trial version available will be Project 2013.  If you are close enough to release date, can they not use Project 2013?

  • Grant,

As Project 2013 is released, the free trial is only for 2013.  You've done the best thing - contact your instructor to see what s/he recommends.
