  • everytime i start the computer normally (ie not in safe mode) the screen flashes goes blue then gives me some thing does a memory dump

  • IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_IQUAL and BCCode: 4a typically refer to issues with your drivers.  If you have recently updated any drivers, I suggest that you try rolling them back to the previous version.  If that is not the case, try updating all of the drivers for your computer and see if that resolves the issue.
