I have a Powerpoint template that is downloaded from SharePoint 2007. There are 2 drop down lists in the Document Properties-Server that are required. I need to update the items the users can select from the drop downs as they are Document
Properties on a Server. Where or how do I update those drop down items? Is it stored within the document library? I have never worked with custom properties on a document before. Thank you
The document property, if a field in the library will either be a site column or a list column. In any case, the values can be updated by going to Document Library settings --> Under site columns, click on the field name that you wish to change and
update the values.
