do you see the bold switch highlighted? you need to set it to false

    Set-CalendarProcessing -Identity “User” -RemoveForwardMeetingNotification $True

  • Apologies, i think my question wasn't clear.

I do not want to stop that feature completely. I do want the shared mailbox to send out the notifications to all the delegates. It's just some of the users who are not in the list still getting the notifications.

    Thank you

  • Are these users who are receiving notifications are  delegates to the meeting invite sender?

  • no they are not. I setup a new profile on user machine and it seems like that stopped sending the notifications for some reason. I did check all their permissions and access but nothing found relates to this one. (Fingers crossed)

  • Hi,

According to the descriptions above, I have some points:

    1. Set-CalendarProcessing is only available for resource mailbox. Shared Mailbox is not resource mailbox.
    2. I would check FullAccess permissions, Inbox Rules, Calendar Folder Permissions on shared mailbox.
    3. If recreating mailbox will solve this problem, I would check if shared mailbox's calendar is added to user profile.

    Best Regards,
