    guys i am trying to understand the difference between forefront protection vs forefront security (both for exchange 2010 sp1) .. but i am not getting much help.. which one needs what .. and what is the benefit of one over another.. guys please guide.

    Hi,

    if you are running Exchange 2010 you can only install Forefront Protection 2010 for Exchange.

    Forefront Protection 2010 is the next version of Forefront Security for Exchange.
