  • Hi Jake,

Would you please let me know whether your computer is in a domain or not?

Then, please check if under following mode, you can access the sign in page:

First, I suggest we try to disable all 3rd part add-on to check the issue:

    Manage add-ons in Internet Explorer

    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-IN/internet-explorer/manage-add-ons#ie=ie-10

In this dialog, please disable all add-ons and toolbars, and then enable them one by one to check which one cause the crash issue.

If the issue still persists, I suggest we check the issue in Clean boot mode to avoid 3rd part software conflict, please let me know if the issue persists in Clean boot mode.

To start system in Clean boot mode:

How to perform a clean boot to troubleshoot a problem in Windows 8, Windows 7, or Windows Vista

Note After clean boot troubleshooting, please follow steps under “How to reset the computer to start as usual after clean boot troubleshooting” in above article.

In order to do further research, please capture the screenshot of your problematic page and post me your system information here:

Open System Information by clicking the Start button. In the search box, type System Information, and then, in the list of results, click System Information.  You can save System Information in the TXT file format by clicking File, clicking Export, typing a name for the file, and then clicking Save.

You can upload it to a file sharing service like Skydrive or"Rapidshare" and put a link to them in your reply.

Link for how to  upload below.

Thanks for your cooperation and look forward to your response.
