Cannot see my submitted documents after recreated the same domain user RRS feed

    Hi All,

    due to some reason i deleted and recreate same user id in our domain controller and assign the same permission and user in share point 2010 but that user cannot see his old documents list which i can see from admin user account. can anyone please advise what do i need to do for this issue.

    Hi,

    That's correct its due to SidHistory. You wouldn't want two different users with the same name having the same document history....

    You can try using STSADM –o migrateuser Todd has a pretty good walkthough and diagram of how it works. However, you ar3 supposed to plan for it and I am not sure now that the oldusername and the newusername are the same is it will work properly... But it wont hurt...
