  • Hi,

    First you have to save a baseline of you project plan and set a status date. Then EV being about costs, you have to ensure that you resources assigned on tasks have a standard rate.

  • Hi,

    You would need to take a Baseline of your original project plan and make sure the resources have some rates defined (before taking the baseline). Also you will need to set the Status Date for the project.

    If you use just the %Complete to track your project, without changing dates/resources etc. then your project will be all the time on track (CPI and SPI = 1)

    I think I saved baseline and assigned rates for resouce.

    But where is Status Date setting ? I could not find that .
