SBS2011 Companyweb Fax Center - Name of sender / Caller ID / Time Received are blank

Question
-
Hi all,
I have installed a SBS2011 standard with a Brooktrout TruFax 200E for fax capabilities.
Faxes are received wonderfull at the moment. However the routing to companyweb is functioning, but does not fill out the fields:
Name of sender / Caller ID / Time Received
The field Name contains the next data: YEARMONTHDAY-HOURMINUTESSECONDS-CALLERID
The number of pages are also shown. How can I make that all colums are filled in correctly??

Update Rollup 1 for Windows Small Business Server 2011 Standard is available:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2555251
Issue 5
Consider the following scenario:- You route faxes to a Microsoft SharePoint website in Windows Small Business Server 2011 Standard.
- You open Fax Center to view the received faxes.
In this scenario, the "Name of sender," "Caller ID," and "Time received" columns for these faxes are blank. Only the number of pages and the TIFF file names are displayed.
Install update rollup for SBS to fix this.

I completely uninstalled Symantec Mail Secuirty for Exchange, restarted the server and the results are the same. Still no Name of sender / Caller ID / Time Received.

SBS2011 is a migrated installation from SBS2003.
Additional software running is ePO 4.6
McAfee GroupShield 7.02
McAfee VirusScan Enterprise 8.8
However this problem was already present before the installation of the security package.
The problem is in companyweb itself, so all clients have this problem.
The fax logfile shows:
"Completed" "Call completed" "0x00000012" 4/12/2011 19:50:30 4/12/2011 19:51:27 "Brooktrout Line #1" "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows NT\MSFax\Queue\1CBF93A1D3F2C.tif" 14506 "Company name" "011xxxxxx003211xxxxxx" "003211xxxxxx" "003211xxxxxx" 1 "0x0401cbf93a1d3f2c"

Thanks for the reply.
I generally follow all the SBS stuff and I was unaware of this glitch. Is there a page that lists erratta like this?
Also is there an ETA on a fix for this? I just rolled out my first SBS 2011 box that uses faxing and we are kind of bummed that this isn't working right.

Good suggestion. I'll start a wiki post. I'm asking about a ETA.Wednesday, July 6, 2011 3:48 PM

I'm very appreciative, as always :)

I'm waiting on this fix as well. I build out and support 8 SBS networks for various customers. I have 2 migrated to SBS 2011, and this is another one of the issues that is holding us back from moving forward on the other migrations.

I installed this on two SBS2011 machines that were having this issue and I still don't get CID either in the Fax Center on companyweb or in Windows Fax and Scan.
So I'm curious if this actually worked for anyone?
PS - I know the install worked because I also did the sharepoint update and then I got the new PSConfig alert.

It works for me.
Even some older faxes have now the information displayed. (until the date 16/09/2011 12:00)
