  • Hello,

Which update you installed? What exactly happens when you Reset?

    Meanwhile, try performing Startup Repair:

    1. Start your Windows 10 machine, and quickly shut it down before it reaches or if it is at boot screen. Do this two times repeatedly.

    2. On the third time, Windows 10 will automatically display 'Your PC couldn't start properly' message. Now press Esc key for recovery options.

    3. Then under Choose an option screen, click Troubleshoot option and now click Advanced options option.

    4. Under Advanced options screen, click Startup Repair.

Let us know if this helps!

  • Create a Windows 10 installation Media from here

Once you have your recovery media, insert it into your PC, then reboot your PC and it should boot straight to the recovery media (if not, you should get the option to select the recovery drive as your PC is booting). Click “Next” on the Windows Setup screen, then “Repair your computer”.

This will open Boot options where you can troubleshoot many Windows problems. Go to “Troubleshoot -> Advanced options -> Startup Repair”. When you click “Startup Repair”

  • Find a flash drive that you can format.

Size:  greater than or equal to 8 GB

On a working computer create a bootable Windows 10 iso:

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
    https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/9230-download-windows-10-iso-file.html
    https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/2376-create-bootable-usb-flash-drive-install-windows-10-a.html

Once you have created the bootable Windows 10 iso make a comment into the thread.

Troubleshooting commands may be provided to:

    remove recent windows upgrades

repair the boot sector, MBR, and BCD

    repair the drive file system

    repair the operating system

    etc.

If you need to backup important files find a second flash drive and create a bootable Ubuntu flash drive:

Find a camera or smartphone camera to take pictures and post images of the commands and results into the thread
